一．用途及主要特點 Application and main characteristic

當含塵氣流以一定的速度由進氣管進入高效旋風除塵器時，氣流將由直線運動變?yōu)閳A周運動。旋轉(zhuǎn)氣流的絕大部分沿器壁自圓筒體呈螺旋形向下，朝錐體流動。含塵氣體在旋轉(zhuǎn)過程中產(chǎn)生離心力，將密度大于氣體的合屑甩向器壁。合屑一旦與器壁接觸，便失去慣性力而靠入口速度的動能和向下的重力沿壁面下落，由排灰管進入集塵桶。旋轉(zhuǎn)下降的外旋氣流在到達錐體時，因圓錐形的收縮而向除塵器中心靠近。根據(jù)“旋轉(zhuǎn)矩”不變原理，其切向速度不斷提高，當氣流到達錐體下某一位置時，即以同樣的旋轉(zhuǎn)方向從旋風除塵器中部，由下而上繼續(xù)做螺旋形流動，即內(nèi)旋氣流，最后凈化氣經(jīng)排氣管排出旋風除塵器外。

1、結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，器身無運動動力部件，不需特殊的附屬設備，占地面積小、制造、安裝投資較少。

2、操作、維護簡便，壓力損失中等，動力消耗不大，運轉(zhuǎn)、維護費用較低。

3、操作彈性較大，性能穩(wěn)定，不受含塵氣體的濃度、溫度限制，對于粉塵的物理性質(zhì)無特殊要求。
