一.用途及主要特點 Application and main characteristic
顆粒料的冷卻是制粒工段中不可缺少的工序。逆流式冷卻器能將70℃-90℃的顆粒料冷卻到略高于室溫3℃-5℃,并能將水分降到安全水分(≤12.5%),便于顆粒料的運輸、儲藏和保管。
逆流式冷卻器是目前國際上比較先進的一種新型冷卻器,它是利用逆流冷卻原理對高溫、高濕度的顆粒料進行冷卻。環(huán)境風(fēng)垂直穿過料層,先與料層相接觸,逐步變熱的熱風(fēng)與熱料相接觸,風(fēng)流方向與料流方向相反,使顆粒料順向逐步冷卻,可避免因冷風(fēng)與高溫顆粒料直接接觸,使顆粒驟冷而引起的顆粒表面開裂??諝鈴钠涞撞咳轿贿M入冷卻器,進風(fēng)面積大,利用率高,能耗低,操作簡便,冷卻效果顯著。
與濕物料接觸部位采用不銹鋼材料制造,使用壽命長,自動運行,安全可靠。
