Our Biomass fuel pellet (feed pellet)production line is the only equipment which with the advantage of energy saving 50% , biggest density , low cost ,and equipped with mechanical heat-exchange system machine in Chinese market, so the equipment could work 24 hours continuously .
主要特點：
1、原料使用廣：主要用于植物秸稈類、糧食殼類、花生秧（殼）、棉花桿、木屑、鋸末、枝條、樹皮、竹粉、糠醛渣、醬油渣、木材下腳料、森林剩余物、生活垃圾等進行壓塊。
1. Widely used raw material : the raw material includes crop straw , crop husk , groundnut straw and husk , wood sawdust , branch , bark , bamboo power , furfural residue , soy sauce residue , waste wood , waste forest , household garbage .
2、生產(chǎn)成本低：成型模、沖頭是設(shè)備的易損件，該設(shè)備用高強、耐磨特殊合金鋼材料制作，使用壽命為500噸以上，每噸生產(chǎn)成本在2元左右，生產(chǎn)成本非常低。
Low producing cost : forming die ,punch head is the quick-wear part of the equipment , these parts is made by high-tension ,and wear-resisting raw material . The service time is more than producing 500ton , the average cost is only 2 RMB /ton , so the producing cost is very low .
3、壓塊密度大：無需電加熱，強大的沖擊力300噸、高頻的沖擊次數(shù)每分鐘300次，設(shè)備自身產(chǎn)生的熱量150-200度，對原料熟化通過成型、定型模進行成型。
With high density : no need to heat the raw material , and the punch pressure could up to 300ton with high frequency (280times /min), the temperature made by the punch could up to 150-200℃. The curing to the raw material made by forming die and fixed shape die .
4、使用壽命長，連續(xù)工作：設(shè)備設(shè)計先進、結(jié)構(gòu)合理，安裝專業(yè)，零部件由公司用數(shù)控設(shè)備專業(yè)加工，科學(xué)的潤滑系統(tǒng)、強制的潤滑工作原理、高質(zhì)量的進口零部件，由此決定了設(shè)備的連續(xù)工作及使用壽命。
